Our hazelnut oil is expeller pressed and gently filtered
from roasted hazelnut. Full of nutritional values, our

Terra Teressa Hazelnut Oil is obtained by pressing roasted kernels nuts collected from the hazel bush (Corylus avellana L.), then carefully refined.

  • Store in cool, dry area.
  • Refrigeration is recommended in hot, humid conditions.

Best to keep the oil in a refridgerator after opening.

Opened: 3 months in pantry, 9-12 months in fridge

If refrigeration causes the oil to solidify, it can be restored to a liquid state by leaving it at room temperature for an hour or two prior to use.

Mushrooms with Pasta and Hazelnut Oil

Cook the linguine; while it is cooking, make the mushroom topping.

Heat butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms and saute for a moment, Add a cover and a tad of water and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender. Remove the cover and evaporate the liquid. Add the garlic and saute just until aromatic. Remove mushrooms from the heat and season well to taste with salt and pepper.

When the pasta is done, return it to the cooking pot and toss with mushrooms, hazelnut oil and parsley; keep on tossing until well combined and transfer to 2 heated pasta bowls. Garnish with hazelnuts and dinner is done. Accompany with steamed vegetable salad. (source: foodnetwork.com)

I’ve really enjoyed cooking with this grapeseed oil. It does have a higher smoking point and the flavor is much clearer compared to other oils, but that’s just my opinion. been a little curious about shipping the glass bottles but good care has been taken of them apparently. Safe package, quick delivery. Hope the oil will last.

Hello, I tried the apple and the prune juice from this brand and I think they are of really good quality. I drink a lot of these due to my working conditions. This looks like a solid choice for anyone looking for a real vitamin bomb instead of just some concentrated sweet water in paper boxes. Thumbs up!

This honey was a little bit more expensive, but I’ve been looking for some higher quality products online which are not overpriced, and this ain’t nothing but a very tasty, naturally appealing sweet honey with beautiful aroma. Had a blackforest honey once or twice in my kitchen though, but it’s been quite some time so I’m not going to compare. A good product, perfect price anyways.
